SK Corporate Marketing Refund & Returns Policy


Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind or have made the wrong selection. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Returns of Goods

In addition to any obligation that we may have under the Australian Consumer Law, we warrant that the goods:

(i) are of acceptable quality;

(ii) are fit for the purpose for which goods of that type are ordinarily used; and

(iii) match the description of them on the Site (other than minor differences),

for 6 months after the date of the sale of the goods to you unless otherwise stated.

b. If you wish to return an item because it:

(i) was damaged in transit where we are responsible for delivery; or

(ii) does not match the description of the item on the Site (other than minor differences); or

(iii) is faulty,

you must email our customer service team at sales@skmarketing.com.au within 30 days of the sale, providing full details of the sale and the reason for return. We will email you a returns advice form (stating, amongst other things, the address to which the item must be sent) which must be included with the returned item.

If we email you a returns advice form in accordance with this clause and we do not receive a response from you or receive the returned item from you within 20 working days, you will not be entitled to reject the item, subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

When you believe an item is faulty it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed and determine its condition within a reasonable period of time. If there is major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.

If the item is found to be in good working order (and your claim as to the faulty nature of the item is reasonably determined by us to be invalid), the item will be returned to you and you will be charged all freight charges incurred by us in relation to the return and re-return of the goods. We may charge your credit card with any money incurred by us as a result of this process.

Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, SK Corporate Marketing cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair, where the fault is identified by SK Corporate Marketing, the manufacturer or their service agent.

SK Corporate Marketing is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.


If SK Corporate Marketing processes a refund under these Terms, it will use reasonable endeavours to process the refund within 10 Business Days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. SK Corporate Marketing is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party incurs as a result of any delay in processing your refund.

It is a condition of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other card schemes that refunds be processed on the same card as the original payment was made in order to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards. SK Corporate Marketing is required to comply with all card scheme rules in order to be able to accept these card types, and as such, all of your refunds will be credited to the card you used for your order.
