SK Corporate Marketing Delivery and Freight Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from SK Corporate Marketing containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will attempt to despatch your goods with SK Corporate Marketing’s chosen carrier or freight company within 3-5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take longer.
No deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
SK Corporate Marketing closes during the Christmas and New Year period for approximately 3 weeks. During this time no orders will be processed or despatched until the New Year re-open date.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance you must order items separately and assign the different delivery address to each order.
Our chosen carriers are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the carrier or freight company will leave a card with details to arrange either pick up from a depot location or redelivery.
International customers may be subject to customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Picking and Packing Fee
A picking and packing process fee of $10.00(AUD) will be charged to each order.
Freight Invoice and Cost of Delivery
Due to the wide range of products offered, delivery charges are not included in cost. This will be invoiced separately from your product order. Delivery and freight charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery address. Payment of the delivery and freight invoices will need to be made prior to the despatch of your order.
Tracking of Order
On the day that your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming the despatch information, carrier information and consignment details.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or natural disasters.
